Who we are. Court Les Rues LLC (“we”, “us”). Contact: contact@synephoriagame.com.

What we collect. We do not collect, store, or sell personal data from within the app. No accounts, no analytics SDKs, no ads, no cloud saves.

Permissions we request (in-app).

• Microphone — to generate voice-reactive visuals. Audio stays on-device and is not transmitted to us.
• Storage — to save/load your canvases locally on the headset.
• Passthrough/Mixed Reality — to blend your room with the experience (no images/video are captured or sent to us).

Saves & retention. Your canvases are stored locally on your device (Application.persistentDataPath) and remain until you delete them or uninstall the app. We do not have access to your saves.

Third-party platforms. The app runs on Meta Quest and uses Unity/Meta XR SDKs. Those platforms may process device-level data under their own privacy policies.

Children. Not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has provided information to us, contact us.

Your rights. Because we don’t collect personal data, there is nothing for us to access, delete, or sell. Questions? Email contact@synephoriagame.com.

Governing law. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
